Agent Previews or Caravans are open to all the members of the local multiple listing service. It usually occurs within the first week your house is placed on the market. Agent Previews or Caravans introduce your home to the Realtors that generally work in your community or area.

We always offer food to entice many Realtors to visit your home.  In addition, we often offer incentives such as drawings for gift certificates for those Realtors that preview your home and complete a questionnaire that provides feedback for how your home will show to potential buyers.
